Product Descriptions and Availability

We have taken reasonable care to accurately display each and every product shown on our website and we ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. All our website information is updated on real-time basis and all information containing our website would reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

There may be rare situations where the product is no longer available (in case of any damage). In this instance, we will contact you to advise you of the situation and provide alternative products of which you can proceed with your order or cancel. If you decide to cancel, amarestyle.com will organize a refund.

Product dimensions, weight, colors and specifications

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all size, weights and measurements quoted on this website are approximate.

Images of the products shown on this website are displayed as accurately as possible. We have made every effort to display all product colors accurately. However we cannot guarantee that the image displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the true color of the products delivered to you. Please be aware that colors may differ between manufactures. Therefore amarestyle.com cannot be responsible for the limitations of your monitor’s display of any color or detail.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Please note that our standard delivery of products is island wide (Within Sri Lanka). Our courier will make all deliveries to you. We do our best to secure delivery within 2 –3 Working days for the orders and 2-3 Weeks for the Pre Orders Within Colombo & Outstation areas. However deliveries that need to be delivered during the weekend we will do it (on prior notice) of the date your order. The cost of delivery will depend on the number of items purchased by you. If you wish to change the delivery please give us no less than 24hour notice prior to delivery. Payments can be done true bank deposit. On delivery you will be required to sign a proof of delivery which shall be conclusive evidence that you have received your order.

Expected Delivery Best Practices

The following are a few ‘best practices’ we recommend to be followed when placing orders with amarestyle.com in order to experience a smoother online shopping experience.

– The order will be dispatched once the address, contact number and products to be delivered are confirmed. Alterations made to the delivery address on the day of delivery would reschedule the package to be delivered on the next working day.

– A courier person would contact you to make the delivery. Please ensure that the given number is reachable as the courier may need directions if unable to find the delivery location. If the recipient is unreachable during a specific time, please ensure that an alternative number is provided to avoid any hassle.

– If the client wish to return the ordered product upon delivery, please note that the client would be required to pay the delivery fee, given that the delivered item is non-defective and accurately described on our website

Our Exchange Policy

RETURNS

– Returns are accepted within 3 days from the order receipt date.

– Company can only accept returns for purchases made on our website

– Company will not accept return items that has been worn, washed or altered in anyway

– Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer

EXCHANGE

– You have 3 days from the delivery date to exchange your Amare online purchase

– Exchanges can only be made for different colors of the same item

– Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer

– Your request for an exchange will be processed within 14 days of receiving the garment

– Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place

– Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, your exchange code will be activated for online purchase

– The exchange option will not be available if the purchased item is no longer available and will arrange a refund of purchase price via the payment method used during your purchase

REFUND

– We aim to process all refunds within 3 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse

– Refunds can only be made to the card used for the original order

– You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed

– Refunds will usually clear into your account within 3-5 working days however this can vary between banks

– We will arrange the courier free of charge in the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered

– If we find that the product has not been returned to us in full resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item

– Change of delivery address cannot be accommodate once the package has been shipped

-If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, you are able to do this within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition. To complete a return, call us at 0765723234 or email us sales@amarestyle.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please include:

– Item number(s) to return

– Reason for your return

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense.

– Once you receive the ordered product please check your items at the delivery point. Please contact us immediately if you find a damaged item and you will be able to return it or we will exchange it free of charge, by least all damages needed to be Informed on the same day of receipt. We would appreciate if sufficient evidence of the damage item could be provided given that the defect is not identified at the point of delivery.

– If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the image shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable period of time with proof of purchase.

– Any purchase made on amarestyle.com is subject to supplier stock availability and if the particular damaged product is unavailable to be replaced, amarestyle.com would arrange a refund or a similar product within 2 working days.

Promotions

If there are multiple promotions going on, the discounted rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and please note that the items bought under promotions cannot be exchanged unless a damage on the product is involved.
